Brief guests ahead of recording, manage logistics for on-site recording days, and act as producer in the room during live recording.
Be the primary point of contact for the iHeart team, managing ad sell-ins and delivery deadlines while brand-checking all placements with Jemma.
Drive the content calendar, including episode themes, guest angle development, and segment ideas that push the show forward.
Review all podcast content for quality, pacing, and brand alignment before it goes anywhere near an audience.

Organised enough to keep multiple episodes, guests, and deadlines in motion at once.
