Our trade lane department plays a key role in purchasing and developing the right services and opportunities for our customers. This team selects the most suitable suppliers for the operational process, negotiates purchase rates, and sets the sales rates for our customers. Providing the best possible customer service is central to all of this.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the procurement team in their daily work and assist with administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include:

  • You have experience in the freight forwarding industry;

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;

  • You have a good command of German and English, both spoken and written;

  • You can gather relevant information, identify core issues, and link data to decision-making;

  • You can articulate your thoughts clearly and adapt your language accordingly, whether you're speaking with a supplier or a colleague;

  • You actively contribute to team goals and drive projects forward.
