What We Offer

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, diagnostic work, and light service tasks

Build rapport and trust with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- →
Identify opportunities where customers may benefit from equipment replacement, efficiency upgrades, IAQ solutions, maintenance plans, etc.

Communicate findings clearly to customers and document service recommendations
- →
Create TGLs (Tech-Generated Leads) for our Comfort Advisors & Sales Team to follow up on

Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
- →
Represent Sierra’s values and professionalism on every job

Participate in ongoing training to build technical and communication skills

Experience in HVAC or home services (or related technical experience)

Strong customer interaction skills

Ability to explain technical findings in clear, simple language

Detail-oriented and observant — you notice what others might miss

Positive attitude and interest in continuous learning

Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance

Ability to work as part of a collaborative field team

Requirements
