• →Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical service and installation work
• →Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• →Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and electrical components
• →Assist with panel upgrades, wiring projects, and electrical repairs
• →Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• →Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• →Follow company safety procedures and electrical codes
• →Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• →Participate in ongoing training and development

• Desire to build a long-term career in the electrical trade
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Previous electrical, construction, or trade experience
• Electrical apprentice registration
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices
• Residential electrical experience
• Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams

• Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
• Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work safely around electrical systems
