HVAC Installer

Jackson Comfort is looking for an HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of residential installation experience who is reliable, coachable, and ready to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

We're not looking for someone who knows everything—we're looking for someone with a solid foundation, a great attitude, and the desire to continue growing their skills and career.

• →Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and thermostats
• →Assist with system replacements and new installations
• →Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• →Maintain clean and organized job sites
• →Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• →Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player who enjoys working with others
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Coachable and open to learning
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

• Up to $28/hour based on experience
