Responsibilities

→Install residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
→Complete equipment replacements and new installations
→Install line sets, ductwork, venting, and related HVAC components
→Start up and test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
→Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
→Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
→Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-split systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read installation manuals and follow manufacturer specifications
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
