We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – a compassionate and skilled clinical professional who brings leadership, empathy, and excellence to our care team. This role blends hands-on care with supervisory responsibilities to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of life and support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise Medication Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Caregivers in the delivery of resident care
- →Act as a liaison and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians
- →Assist residents with mobility needs and daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and personal care
- →Support compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- →Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
Requirements
~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN license in the state
- Experience in senior care or long-term care setting preferred
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory impairments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- One year of supervisory experience including coaching, performance feedback, and team development
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around pets and animals
- Willingness to work with individuals with neurodegenerative conditions
