We’re hiring a Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor / Chaplain – a compassionate and empathetic professional who will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families during their hospice journey.

You bring deep empathy, strong listening skills, and a commitment to honoring diverse spiritual and cultural needs. You thrive in a mission-driven environment and are passionate about supporting patients and families through compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual counseling and crisis intervention to hospice patients and families
  • Conduct regular and emergency visits to meet spiritual and emotional needs
  • Build supportive relationships with patients and families to identify and address spiritual concerns
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
  • Interpret and respond to patient and family needs with sensitivity and respect
  • Maintain accurate documentation of spiritual care services provided
