PRN Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse, LVN

We’re hiring Hospice LVNs - compassionate professionals who provide skilled nursing and palliative care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. This role blends clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to deliver dignified, meaningful care.

• →Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
• →Provide pain and symptom management, medical treatments, and patient education
• →Support patients and families through end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism
• →Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
• →Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospice protocols
• →Travel to patient homes across Orange County

• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state
• Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience
• Hospice experience preferred but not required
• CPR certification required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• May be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs
