What You’ll Do
As a Business Account Consultant, you will focus on developing new business relationships while expanding existing commercial accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer technology and communication needs
- Recommend customized solutions that improve business operations and efficiency
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and customer records
- Participate in networking events, community activities, and local business organizations
- Stay informed on technology trends, competitive offerings, and emerging solutions

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in telecommunications, ISP, managed services, or technology sales
- Experience selling recurring monthly revenue (MRR) solutions
- Knowledge of VoIP, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or managed IT solutions
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Requirements:
- Valid Idaho driver’s license
- Ability to manage territory travel and customer meetings
