The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing global technology talent pipelines. This role supports clients in building high-performing engineering and IT teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
- →Source and identify qualified technical talent globally
- →Conduct candidate screening interviews
- →Evaluate technical background, experience, and cultural fit
- →Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients
- →Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates
- →Use multiple sourcing channels including professional networks and job boards
- →Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries
- →Provide candidates with role and company information
- →Track candidate progress using ATS or CRM tools
- →Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- →Support offer negotiation and onboarding process
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs
Requirements

- Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms
- Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical roles
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM systems
- Experience coordinating technical interviews
