The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing global technology talent pipelines. This role supports clients in building high-performing engineering and IT teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

→Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
→Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
→Source and identify qualified technical talent globally
→Conduct candidate screening interviews
→Evaluate technical background, experience, and cultural fit
→Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients
→Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates
→Use multiple sourcing channels including professional networks and job boards
→Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries
→Provide candidates with role and company information
→Track candidate progress using ATS or CRM tools
→Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
→Support offer negotiation and onboarding process
→Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs

Requirements

Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms
Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical roles
