This role is responsible for troubleshooting problems, supporting systems and applications, and ensuring a positive user experience through timely and professional support.


Responsibilities

  • Assist users with account access, configurations, and technical inquiries

  • Maintain knowledge of systems, tools, and support procedures
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of support requests

Requirements
