Physician Recruitment Sourcer
Quick Summary
Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential. Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies using sourcing tools and proprietary databases to identify Radiologists.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to prioritize sourcing efforts based on site-specific needs and high-priority geographic regions.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strings and data-mining techniques to uncover niche sub-specialty talent.
- Analyze and report on sourcing metrics and job board ROI to continuously optimize recruitment spend.
- Maintain active communication with passive leads to build long-term relationships for future teleradiology and onsite openings.
- Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial outreach through the hand-off to the physician recruitment team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in physician or high-level clinical sourcing.
- Proven track record in recruitment or high-volume healthcare environments is heavily preferred.
- Proficiency in physician-specific sourcing platforms.
- Strong "hunter" mentality.
- Advanced technical skills in SharePoint, ATS management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the Radiology market, a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
