In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to drive hiring strategy, strengthen talent pipelines, and execute efficient, high-impact recruitment across clinical and corporate functions.

Strategic recruiting expertise
You lead full-cycle recruitment across a high volume of roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires aligned to business priorities.
Strong partnership mindset
You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping define role requirements, align expectations, and guide hiring decisions.
Proactive sourcing and pipeline development
You build and maintain strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
Data-driven execution and systems discipline
You maintain accurate candidate data within ATS/HRIS systems and leverage reporting insights to monitor pipeline health and optimize performance.
Process ownership and execution
You manage the hiring process from intake through offer, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Communication and stakeholder management
You effectively engage candidates and collaborate with leaders and internal partners to drive alignment and successful hiring outcomes.
Continuous improvement mindset
You identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume environment preferred)
- Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems and maintaining high data accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience sourcing through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
