2nd Shift Takeoff

Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Take-Off Associate to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. This position will take completed cartons off of conveyor among other duties.  Duties: Take completed cartons off of conveyor Palletize cartons Wrap cartons onto pallet Shrink wrap pallets Stage pallets on shipping dock Floor load trailers Operate low rider       Other duties as assigned                                Requirements: Ability to read shipping labels Ability to lift 50 lbs Available for overtime as needed Ability to operate low rider (preferred) High School Diploma (preferred) Ability to communicate effectively when needed Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures Ability to follow directions                                         SCHEDULED WORK HOURS:  Monday - Friday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
