Finance Executive

Job Title: Finance Executive Location: Chennai Job Overview A Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organization’s financial health. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, compliance, and assisting in budgeting and audits. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to company budgets Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred) 1 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Experience in handling taxation (GST, TDS) is preferred Skills Required Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, or similar) Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools Good analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
