Job Description – Physician Assistant Job Title: Physician Assistant Location: Trichy Number of Openings: 6 Members Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Summary The Physician Assistant will work closely with doctors and healthcare staff to support clinical operations, patient care, and medical documentation. The role involves assisting in examinations, maintaining patient records, coordinating diagnostic procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinical unit. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments Collect and record patient medical history, vital signs, and clinical observations Prepare patients for consultations, investigations, and minor procedures Maintain and update patient medical records accurately Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and nursing staff for patient care activities Assist in administering basic medical procedures under doctor supervision Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of examination rooms Educate patients on prescribed medications, follow-up care, and basic health guidelines Support doctors in OPD and ward rounds as required Follow hospital/clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and confidentiality policies Essential Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant / Allied Health Sciences Freshers or candidates with relevant clinical experience may apply Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Required Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle patients with care, empathy, and professionalism Basic computer knowledge for maintaining medical records Strong observation and documentation skills Ability to work as part of a healthcare team Willingness to work in shifts, if required Time management and multitasking ability
