Project Executive

Job Description: We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Executive located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail sector looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end electrical works for new store setup and renovation projects Prepare accurate BOQs based on site requirements and electrical drawings Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress daily Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards Supervise installation activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with civil and mechanical teams during project implementation Maintain project documentation, reports, and execution updates Required Skills: Electrical Project Execution — Handling electrical installation and project coordination activities BOQ Preparation — Preparing material estimation and quantity calculations accurately Vendor Management — Coordinating with contractors and external vendors effectively Site Supervision — Monitoring execution activities and workforce management Project Tracking — Ensuring timely completion through progress monitoring and reporting Preferred Skills: Knowledge of retail store infrastructure projects Basic understanding of HVAC and civil coordination Familiarity with AutoCAD and electrical drawings Work Experience Requirements: Candidates should possess 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution, preferably in retail, construction, or infrastructure-related industries. Experience in handling store setup or renovation projects will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Education: Minimum: Diploma in Electrical / ITI Electrician / B.E.
