Key Responsibilities Review publishing files and documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with authors and stakeholders by sending proofs and collecting review comments. Validate revised manuscripts and production files before final approval and release. Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of proofreading and QC activities. Verify submissions for completeness and resolve pending author or editorial queries. Maintain quality records and document review observations for audit purposes. Collaborate with typesetting, editorial, and production teams to improve content quality. Identify recurring errors and recommend corrective actions to enhance workflow efficiency. Required Skills Quality Control – Reviewing content for accuracy and compliance. Proofreading – Detecting grammar, formatting, and content issues. Publishing Workflow Knowledge – Understanding manuscript-to-publication processes. Typesetting Awareness – Reviewing layouts and formatted content. Project Coordination – Managing review cycles and stakeholder communication. Preferred Skills Content Development Experience Advanced MS Office Skills Knowledge of Publishing Tools and Platforms Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess 2–5 years of experience in publishing, proofreading, quality control, or related content management functions. Experience working with editorial, production, or content development teams is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in deadline-driven environments.
