Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail / Quick Commerce / Logistics sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve operational targets. Prepare and manage workforce schedules for optimal productivity. Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries. Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Maintain high levels of order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Required Skills Inventory Management – Maintain stock accuracy and replenishment planning. Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operational activities. Team Leadership – Manage and develop store staff performance. Scheduling & Workforce Planning – Optimize manpower utilization. Computer & Email Communication – Handle reporting and communication effectively. Preferred Skills Experience in quick commerce operations. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes. Performance metrics and process improvement expertise. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain management, or fast-paced retail operations. Experience in managing teams, inventory, and store performance metrics is preferred. Exposure to quick commerce environments will be advantageous.
