Superintendent – Production

Role Summary: Experienced Superintendent – Production responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets in a high-performance industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily production operations • Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved • Monitor and optimize production processes • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards • Lead, train, and manage production teams • Prepare reports on performance, output, and improvements Required Skills: • Production Management • Process Optimization • Team Leadership • HSE Compliance • Quality Control Preferred Skills: • ERP/MES Systems knowledge • Lean Manufacturing • Problem-solving and analytical skills Experience Requirements: 8 – 12 years in production/plant operations, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Manufacturing industries Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
