Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Supervisor in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily deployment of security personnel across shifts. Conduct shift briefings and ensure discipline, grooming, and attendance compliance. Manage site documentation including MDR, duty rosters, and operational logs. Monitor access control procedures and restricted area security. Oversee CCTV, access control systems, and fire alarm systems functionality. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Lead incident response activities and coordinate emergency management procedures. Coordinate with clients, facilities teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Required Skills: Security Operations Management – Handling site security activities and manpower deployment. Access Control Systems – Managing badges, approvals, and restricted access areas. CCTV & Surveillance – Monitoring and maintaining surveillance infrastructure. Incident Management – Responding to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches. MIS Reporting – Preparing operational and performance reports. Preferred Skills: Facility Management Coordination Vendor Management Audit & Compliance Management Work Experience Requirements: Typical requirement: 3–7 years of experience in security operations, facility management, or site supervision roles. Experience handling access control systems, CCTV operations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.
