The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and candidates, explaining our services, and handling inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a client-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to job seekers and potential clients to promote recruitment services. Explain consultancy offerings such as resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job portal access. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations or subscriptions. Maintain and update call records, follow-up trackers, and CRM systems. Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to job applications or consultancy services. Schedule follow-ups, share promotional content, and support the sales team in client conversion. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and job seekers. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide accurate information.
