Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow execution. Supervise inbound, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations. Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse associates to maximize productivity. Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and operational procedures. Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods. Track warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate returns management and inventory movement activities. Required Skills Warehouse Operations Management – Managing end-to-end warehouse processes. Inventory Control – Maintaining stock accuracy and reconciliation. WMS/ERP Systems – Working in technology-driven warehouse environments. Team Leadership – Supervising and motivating warehouse associates. FIFO/FEFO Knowledge – Ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management. Preferred Skills Advanced warehouse process improvement knowledge. Exposure to large-scale distribution centers. Reporting and KPI analysis skills. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehouse operations. Experience managing teams of 20–50+ warehouse associates and handling inventory-driven environments is required.
