Marketing and Client Outreach Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Client Outreach Executive to join our group. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting business growth through effective outreach and marketing initiatives. 

• → Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach channels 
• → Generate and qualify leads for the sales team 
• → Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities 
• → Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients 
• → Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings 
• → Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation 
• → Prepare presentations, reports, and client proposals 
• → Create and present engaging content on camera for social media and marketing campaigns 
• → Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities 

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Confidence and professionalism when presenting on camera 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to conduct market research and interpret data effectively 
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• Previous experience in marketing, client outreach, sales, or real estate is an advantage
