Responsibilities

→Proctor virtual certification exams in accordance with established policies and procedures
→Verify student identity and ensure compliance with exam rules prior to and during testing
→Monitor examinees in real time via video conferencing platforms to maintain exam integrity
→Address technical issues or escalate concerns as needed during exam sessions
→Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or violations of testing protocols
→Provide clear instructions and support to students before and during exams
→Coordinate exam schedules and communicate logistics with students and internal staff
→Maintain confidentiality of exam materials and participant information
