SKIMS is seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Benefits and Leave of Absence Administrator to support and manage all aspects of employee leave programs and benefits administration. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and managers by ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws, company policies, and benefits processes while delivering a seamless and supportive employee experience.
