The Client Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions and client care.
Future responsibilities may include back-office functions including client preparation, supporting of health care providers, assisting with rebooking and product sales to further enhance operational efficiency and operating in a manner that promotes quality client care.
