Position Overview:

The Manager, Field Marketing (Events & Activations) will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across local markets through high-impact events and experiences. This role is responsible for planning and executing consumer, industry, and internal events that support client acquisition, provider recruiting, and brand building across 60+ clinics.

This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by creating seamless, elevated experiences. They will partner cross-functionally across marketing, category, recruiting, and clinic teams to deliver events that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Location & Schedule:

This position will be remote, with an East Coast location preferred. The ability to travel approximately 20% as needed will be required. Availability outside of standard business hours will also be required to support events when necessary.
