eCommerce Marketplace Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to support a growing branded reselling operation across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who already understands marketplace operations and can operate independently with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of identifying problems and opportunities proactively rather than simply following instructions. The individual will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, product accuracy, profitability tracking, and overall marketplace performance. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center accounts • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings • Monitor inventory, pricing, and product catalog accuracy • Assist with branded reselling operations and product management • Perform profitability and margin analysis across products and marketplaces • Conduct data entry and maintain organized records and spreadsheets • Monitor account health, listing issues, and marketplace alerts • Coordinate product uploads, edits, and listing maintenance • Research products, competitors, and marketplace trends • Generate operational reports and performance tracking updates • Identify workflow improvements and operational opportunities proactively • Support day-to-day marketplace operations as needed ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Previous experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts • Experience working within Walmart Marketplace preferred • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and marketplace workflows • Experience with spreadsheets and data management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IDEAL CANDIDATE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The ideal candidate is someone who: • Does not require constant supervision • Thinks critically and proactively • Takes ownership of responsibilities • Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs • Understands the pace and expectations of eCommerce operations • Can balance accuracy, speed, and efficiency in a fast-moving environment ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ EMPLOYMENT DETAILS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Full-time preferred • Remote position • Schedule aligned with client operational needs • Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
