Leasing Lead Coordinator / Appointment Setter

We are hiring a Leasing Lead Coordinator to manage incoming leads, schedule property tours, and handle follow-up communication. This is a client-facing role requiring strong English communication and the ability to engage professionally with prospective tenants. Responsibilities: Call, text, and email incoming leads promptly Qualify prospective tenants and gather key details Schedule property tours for leasing agents Coordinate calendars and manage availability Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows Follow up with prospects after tours Maintain accurate records of all communications Keep lead pipelines organized and up to date Requirements: Strong spoken and written English Clear communication with minimal accent Comfortable on phone calls and texting with leads Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations Reliable and responsive during working hours Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or leasing is a plus CRM experience is a plus (Zoho preferred but not required)
