As a Policy Services Representative, you’ll be the trusted voice for our customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs while making a meaningful impact on their experience with Slide.

Responsibilities

→Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to policy-related inquiries via multiple communication channels
→Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and coverage questions with professionalism and accuracy
→Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
→Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity
→Support call center performance goals related to customer satisfaction and service excellence
→Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

High school diploma required
2+ years of recent contact center or call center experience
Active Florida 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License required
Homeowners insurance experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
