Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement detailed test plans and quality strategies for IPX related products.
- →Create and maintain regression test suites for all IPX related systems.
- →Analyze server logs, database tables, and system configurations within the IPX platform.
- →Identify and resolve discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and configuration issues, providing diagnostic support and conducting analysis for defect resolution.
- →Develop and implement standardized quality processes, including test plan creation, test documentation, test metrics, and best practices.
- →Generate test data to support testing activities.
- →Responsible for preparing and delivering presentations to the Quality Assurance team and business users of IPX systems.
- →Design and execute comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
- →Create and maintain test cases to ensure alignment with current system behavior.
- →Improve and document testing processes while establishing standardized quality practices.
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
- →Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required.
- 5+ years Quality Analyst experience required.
- 4+ years’ experience in the P&C Homeowner’s insurance industry required.
- 2+ years’ experience with IPX/OnBase and other legacy systems required.
- Proficient with quality assurance methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of business operations, procedures, and priorities with a strong ability to support change and impart value within an organization.
- Advanced level knowledge of data sources, tools, applications, and business drivers.
- Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven expertise in the P&C Homeowner’s insurance industry.
- Effective research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills necessary.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in effectively conveying information to key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with multiple teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
