About the Role
~3 min readThe EBITDA Improvement Analyst is responsible for supporting the identification, analysis, and monitoring of initiatives that drive improvements to the organisationās EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation). This role works cross-functionally to provide analytical insights that enhance revenue, optimise costs, and drive operational efficiency to improve business profitability and long-term value creation.
The role combines financial modelling, data analysis, commercial acumen, and reporting to support the delivery of measurable outcomes aligned with the organisationās strategic and financial objectives.

Youāll ideally bring:
- A Bachelorās degree majoring in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, Accounting or another relevant discipline.
- Experience in finance, commercial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, pricing or a similar area would be advantageous.
- Strong Excel and quantitative analysis skills.
- An interest in financial modelling, commercial performance and understanding what drives business profitability.
- Confidence working with data and identifying trends or inconsistencies.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A curious mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams across the business.
