As we continue to scale nationally, we’re searching for a driven Installations Coordinator to optimise our Builder Channel installation operations, ensuring strong relationships, seamless scheduling, and high-quality delivery at scale.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your ability to coordinate people, manage priorities, and solve problems in real time directly influences installation performance, builder satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.

 

- Own and optimise installation delivery across the Builder Channel

- Work cross-functionally with Technical, Logistics, Sales, and Install teams

- Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing national business

The Installations Coordinator - New Build Channel will be responsible for scheduling all "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel every week. is role focuses on the day-to-day coordination of installation activity, ensuring installers are effectively scheduled, workloads are balanced, and priorities are managed to support smooth, on-time delivery.

 

You will be accountable for organising daily installer activity and liaising closely with builders to ensure call-up dates are met and installations are completed accurately and on time. The role works collaboratively with the Technical, Logistics, and Sales teams to drive smooth end-to-end delivery and resolve issues proactively.
