Smith Hair Salon is a growing, independently owned salon company with two locations in Southern California. We are built on a culture of performance, client experience, and professional growth. - Base pay (To Start): $46,000+ annually
- Tips: $17,600+ annually (based on team average)
- Quarterly performance bonus: up to $7,000 annually

What We Offer
~1 min readAs Salon Manager at our Temecula location, you are the leader of the floor. You set the tone, hold the team accountable, and ensure every client has a consistent, exceptional experience. You report directly to the District Manager and are supported by a full operational system, you are not left to figure it out alone.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of stylists and salon assistants
- Drive location revenue, rebooking rates, and retail performance
- Hold daily and weekly team accountability using our performance framework
- Oversee client experience from greeting to checkout
- Participate in weekly operations calls with the District Manager
- Complete monthly performance check-ins with each team member
- Manage scheduling, product inventory, and daily salon operations
- Help recruit and onboard new stylists as the team grows

- 2+ years of experience in a salon environment (management or senior stylist level)
- A track record of holding yourself and others accountable to results
- Comfort having direct, coaching conversations with team members
- Strong communication and follow-through — you finish what you start
- A client-first mindset that sets the standard for the whole floor
- Coachable and systems-oriented — you adopt the playbook and improve it
- Ambition to grow within a company that is actively expanding
Real Systems — You won't be guessing. We have SOPs, scorecards, weekly ops calls, and a performance framework that tells you exactly what success looks like.
Real Compensation — Most salon manager roles top out at hourly pay. Ours includes tips, a 401(k), and a quarterly performance bonus on top of a competitive base wage.
