Responsibilities

  • → Send applicant questionnaires and manage candidate responses
  • → Coordinate candidate communication and schedule interviews
  • → Assist with job postings across platforms (Indeed, CareerPlug, Breezy)
  • → Help screen resumes and support interview processes
  • → Track and update candidate notes and pipeline activity
  • → Assist with drafting job postings, offer letters, and hiring materials
  • → Attend recruiting events (job fairs, college/high school outreach)
  • → Support general recruiting operations and hiring initiatives
  • → Coach 5–12 soccer sessions per week
  • → Substitute for coaches as needed
  • → Lead structured, engaging sessions for children (ages 18 months–10 years)
  • → Maintain a safe, positive, and high-energy environment during sessions

Requirements

  • TB test (per guidelines)
  • Pediatric CPR certification (within 2 months of hire)
  • Mandated Reporter Training (renewed every 2 years)
