We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who can combine leadership, platform-driven transformation, and AI-enabled innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our customers.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you’ll make technology work for people — leading transformation projects that blend platform power and organisational change. From leading digital transformation initiatives and driving organisational change to exploring new AI capabilities, you’ll help our clients unlock their next level of digital maturity.

What you'll do

• Lead digital transformation projects — especially platform-driven ones like ServiceNow and Salesforce

• Turn business goals into delivery plans, keeping scope, budget and energy on track

• Bring people together — aligning stakeholders, communicating clearly, and driving adoption

• Spot risks and remove blockers so the team can move forward with focus and confidence

• Use AI and emerging technologies to make project work smarter and more efficient

• Shape solution proposals and long-term client partnerships that drive real business value

• Stay curious about what’s next — from platform innovations to changing regulations

What you bring

• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital or IT transformation projects

• A proven ability to make digital projects happen — ServiceNow or Salesforce experience is a big plus

• Confidence in project planning, governance, and leading teams through change

• Curiosity and practical know-how in using AI tools to boost productivity and insight

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you build trust and keep your stakeholders aligned

• Experience working in agile and other structured, modern delivery models and frameworks

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business or equivalent

• Full working proficiency in Swedish and English
