• Set up, maintain, clean, and organize fitness equipment and supplies
• Ensure the fitness facility remains clean, safe, and operational at all times
• Welcome and assist members and guests entering and exiting the facility
• Support members with basic equipment set-up and usage guidance
• Promote fitness programs, classes, and activities to members
• Handle calls, messages, and member queries professionally
• Maintain equipment maintenance records and ensure compliance with facility rules and safety standards
• Report concerns, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
