Bellboy/driver

Set in a working olive grove, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.

We are seeking an experienced Bellboy/driver to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. As a Bellboy/driver you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests to their rooms, and offering basic information about the hotel’s facilities and services. The role aims to ensure a pleasant welcome experience while maintaining a professional, courteous, and service oriented attitude at all times.

• Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guest is welcomed with open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service.
• Escort guests to their rooms and briefly explain the hotel facilities and services.
• Handle and transport guests’ luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Drive the buggy car to transport guests and luggage within the property, following safety regulations.
• Assist in checking and controlling minibars upon guest departure, according to hotel procedures.
• Drive guests upon request using the hotel’s official vehicles.
• Support the collection and transportation of room service trays and trolleys when required.
• Carry out regular rounds around the property to ensure order and cleanliness in common areas.
• Ensure that the play area and other common spaces are tidy and well maintained.
• Report incidents, lost and found items, or any irregular situations to the corresponding supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.
• Comply with the hotel’s safety standards, grooming policies, and customer service guidelines.
• Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
• To be aware of all front office procedures
• Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house
• Build a positive relationships with members and guest.
• Communicate and red flag any feedback to the management team.
• Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.

A successful bellboy/driver for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 1 year experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
