As a Fund Manager Relations Analyst, you are responsible for managing professional communication and coordination with fund managers to obtain data and documents required for Solovis portfolio analytics and reporting. You serve as a liaison between Solovis clients, fund managers, and internal operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete data collection to support institutional investment reporting. This role combines communication, project management, and operational execution. Analysts must balance high-volume outreach with precision and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions reflect client standards and service excellence. You will track outreach progress, manage timelines, and leverage AI tools to automate tracking, flag delays, and surface insights that improve throughput and client satisfaction.
