ERP Support Engineer (Multi-System Integration)

Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain daily integration operations across all active ERP platforms: SAP Business One (Hana & SQL), Sage (One & Evolution 200), Tally Prime, Odoo.sh, SysPro, and iScala. Develop and monitor data flows between ERP modules and third-party applications to ensure data consistency; integrated documents (invoices, credit notes, stock transfers, etc.) must mirror ERP data. Implement and manage proactive error-tracking protocols to identify system bottlenecks or sync failures before they affect end users. Diagnose and resolve complex database issues, API connectivity errors, and functional ERP glitches. Provide reliable on-call and off-hours support for critical system failures to ensure 24/7 business continuity. Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing with fellow engineers and the customer success team to reduce recurring support tickets. Create and maintain comprehensive How-To documentation for supported integrations. Handle new integration configuration tasks during periods of low support activity. Liaise directly with clients for technical communication where required. Support the onboarding and handover of integrations currently managed by the departing consultant during the transition period. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP support and multi-system integration, with primary expertise in SAP Business One (Service Layer / DI API) and Sage 200 Evolution. Proven track record supporting additional ERP platforms, including Sage One, Tally Prime, Odoo, SysPro, and iScala. 3+ years of programming experience in one or more of: PHP (Laravel/Lumen), Python, C#, or Windows PowerShell for ERP scripting and automation. Proficiency in SQL Server and SAP HANA Studio - including query writing, optimisation, and database backups. Experience developing and monitoring data flows between ERP modules and third-party applications (invoices, credit notes, stock transfers, etc.). Familiarity with cloud-native ERP environments (Odoo, Sage One) as well as traditional on-premise/hybrid setups (SAP B1, SysPro, iScala). Understanding of Salesforce Automation (SAT) and how it integrates with Solutech's supported ERP ecosystem. Deep technical knowledge of SAP B1 Service Layer/DI API and Sage 200 Evolution architecture. Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues, API connectivity errors, and functional ERP glitches. Experience implementing and managing error-tracking and proactive monitoring protocols to identify sync failures before they impact end-users. Analytical skills to trace data errors through logs and API responses. Ability to manage on-call and standby support for critical system failures, ensuring 24/7 business continuity. Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical findings into clear, user-friendly documentation and training for clients and internal teams. Ability to rapidly context-switch between cloud-native and on-premise ERP environments. Experience producing comprehensive How-To documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
