About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Front-End Acquisition Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound seller leads.
This role is responsible for qualifying leads, building rapport with property owners, gathering key property details, and setting appointments or passing qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team. You will play a critical role in the early stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality leads move forward efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.
Responsibilities

- Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
- Ask structured questions to gather key property and seller information
- Identify high-potential opportunities for acquisition
- Build trust and rapport with sellers through professional, empathetic communication
- Clearly explain the company’s buying process and value proposition
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads as needed
- Schedule appointments for senior acquisitions representatives
- Ensure all lead information is accurately captured before handoff
- Pass qualified leads to the acquisitions team with detailed notes
- Maintain smooth pipeline flow from initial contact to next stage
- Accurately log all interactions, notes, and updates in the CRM
- Maintain clean and organized lead records
- Track follow-ups, callbacks, and pipeline activity
- Ensure no qualified leads fall through the cracks
- Meet or exceed call, conversion, and appointment-setting targets
- Track key metrics such as contact rate, qualification rate, and set appointments
- Continuously improve performance based on feedback and data
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales, call center, or lead qualification roles
- Experience in real estate, wholesaling, or acquisitions (preferred)
- Strong phone presence and confidence in high-volume calling environments
- Proven ability to build rapport and handle objections
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing pipelines
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and persistence
- CRM platforms (Podio, Salesforce, or similar)
- Dialer systems or call tools (Mojo, CallTools, or similar)
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate)
- Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, email platforms)
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with seller lead types (inbound, cold calling, SMS, etc.)
- Experience with appointment setting or inside sales roles
- Understanding of real estate terminology and deal flow
- Bilingual abilities (a plus, not required)
