Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Conversion
- Manage and qualify warm inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and build rapport with sellers
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process
Consultative Selling
- Use a NEPQ-style approach (diagnostic, question-led selling)
- Handle objections with empathy and logic
- Focus on understanding motivations rather than pushing deals
Deal Structuring & Closing
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Maintain high close rates (target: 20–50%)
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, lead management, or acquisitions
- Real estate or high-ticket sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with US-based customers
