Location: Remote
Compensation: Depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Strong U.S. business hours overlap preferred
Industry: Residential Construction / ADU Design-Build / Tiny Home Development

We are a fast-growing residential construction company specializing in ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) design-build projects, custom tiny homes, and high-efficiency residential development. Our focus is on delivering turnkey ADU solutions—from design and planning through permitting, construction, and final project delivery.

As the business continues to scale, we are transitioning from relying heavily on external General Contractors toward building stronger internal operational infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Construction Project Manager to help create, refine, and oversee our internal project management systems while ensuring ADU and residential projects move efficiently from planning through completion.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in construction operations, understands design-build workflows deeply, and can both build systems and manage them day-to-day.

This is not a traditional “task manager” PM role.

We are looking for someone who can step in as an operational leader—someone who can help design the project management process itself while also owning execution inside that system.

You will work directly with ownership to offload project oversight responsibilities, improve workflows, create stronger visibility across active projects, and ensure vendors, subcontractors, architects, designers, and internal stakeholders stay aligned.

The ideal candidate understands ADU development, residential construction lifecycles, vendor coordination, timelines, permitting workflows, budgeting, and process optimization—and has experience implementing best practices rather than simply following them.

This role is especially critical because success requires both managing active projects and helping build the internal systems that will support long-term company growth.
