We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join our growing M&A advisory practice. Unlike the rigid silos of bulge-bracket firms, we offer junior professionals a high-impact environment where you will work directly with Managing Directors and founders of lower-middle-market technology companies. You will play a critical role in executing M&A transactions and capital raises, gaining exposure to the entire deal lifecycle from initial pitch to final closing.

The core skill required is creating pristine, client-ready presentations (SIMs, teasers), not financial modeling.

Experience: 1–3 years (Analyst) or 3–5 years (Associate) of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory. Experience in Tech M&A is a significant plus.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You should be comfortable manipulating large datasets and creating "client-ready" visual narratives.
Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field from a top-tier university with a strong GPA.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ) for interacting with founders, a proactive "owner" mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
