Position : Real Estate Private Equity Analyst

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, EST
Salary Range : $2500 - $3000/month (open to $4k if exceptional)
Location : Remote,(LATAM-Preferred but open Globally)

About the Company

The company is a new financial services platform with a focus on real estate & other real assets. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed real estate private equity analysis to support project deliverables
• Develop financial models and templates that can be scaled and reused
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to help inform investment decisions
• Create presentations and reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects - expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers

• 5+ years of experience in real estate private equity or similar real asset analysis
• Strong expertise in building financial models and performing financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (required)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (secondary requirement)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
