Marketing Assistant - (Content + Social + CRM Systems)

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM & South Africa only)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,200 USD per month (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Must work EST/EDT business hours

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support both content creation and marketing systems management for a growing wellness-focused business.

This is not a traditional administrative or entry-level social media role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping grow the brand’s online presence while also maintaining the backend marketing systems that support lead generation, communication, and customer engagement.

The role requires a combination of creativity, technical organization, and strong execution skills.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
• Edit both short-form and long-form video content
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms
• Write captions, email copy, and marketing content aligned with the brand voice
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Publish and format blog content in WordPress
• Update website pages, events, and content as needed

• Build and manage email marketing campaigns
• Organize and maintain CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, and lead management systems
• Connect and manage integrations using Zapier or similar automation tools
• Ensure marketing systems remain clean, organized, and efficient

• Monitor and report on:
  • Social media engagement and audience quality
  • YouTube performance metrics
  • Email campaign performance
  • Lead flow and CRM health
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data

• Proven experience with:
  • Social media management (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • WordPress content publishing and formatting
  • Email marketing platforms
  • CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Automation tools (Zapier or similar)
• Strong written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics

• Experience growing YouTube channels and improving audience engagement
• Canva or graphic design experience
• Experience working with health, wellness, or service-based businesses
• Familiarity with lead generation and customer journey workflows

• Your experience is limited to content creation without backend systems management
• You only perform administrative/virtual assistant tasks without marketing execution
• You focus primarily on follower growth rather than audience quality and engagement
• You do not track campaign performance or marketing results
