We are a fast-growing e-commerce operator building and scaling a portfolio of consumer brands, primarily across Amazon and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
Our focus is on driving profitable growth through performance marketing, creative testing, and data-driven decision-making.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
This role is responsible for:
- Campaign execution and optimization
- Budget allocation and scaling
- Performance tracking and reporting
You will work closely with a Creative Strategist to test and scale winning creatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Structure campaigns for scalability and performance
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Monitor key performance metrics such as:
- CPA / CAC
- ROAS
- CTR, CVR, CPC
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve efficiency and scale
- Identify winning campaigns and allocate budget accordingly
- Manage and allocate ad spend across multiple brands and campaigns
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
- Adjust spend dynamically based on performance trends
- Analyze performance data and identify trends
- Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign results
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist to:
- Test new creative concepts
- Provide feedback on what’s converting
- Iterate quickly on winning ads
- 3–6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Deep expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Experience in DTC / e-commerce environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios
- Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, etc.)
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Basic understanding of creative strategy
- Campaigns consistently hit or exceed ROAS targets
- Scalable growth across paid channels
- Clear, data-driven decision-making
- Strong collaboration with creative team leading to improved performance
- Analytical and performance-focused
- Proactive and results-driven
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced testing environment
