We are a California-based technology firm helping companies revolutionize their operations by building and deploying custom AI Agents. As we scale our monthly retainer services, we are looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter / SDR to own our outbound pipeline.

This is a non-voice, primarily asynchronous role. Your mission is to find the right personas within target organizations, engage them via LinkedIn and email, and pitch our recurring AI solutions to secure qualified appointments for our sales team. You will be provided with a proven script and a comprehensive playbook; your job is to execute that process with precision, consistency, and a "hunter" mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach via LinkedIn and email to get in front of key decision-makers and target personas.
  • Playbook Execution: Follow our established scripts and outreach sequences to introduce our AI agent services and the value of our monthly retainer model.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify high-intent leads, ensuring they meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) before moving them through the funnel.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully convert cold and warm interest into booked discovery calls for the leadership team.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach activities and lead statuses within our CRM.
  • Follow-up Mastery: Manage a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure no potential lead "goes cold" in the inbox.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach volume, response rates, and booked appointments.
  • Proven Outreach Success: Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or as an SDR (ideally in Tech or SaaS).
  • Written Excellence: Exceptional written English skills. You must be able to communicate complex tech solutions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
  • Strategic Prospecting: You know how to find "the right person" and tailor a message that cuts through the noise.
  • Process-Driven: You thrive when given a system to follow and take pride in hitting your daily activity KPIs.
  • Tech-Forward: A genuine interest in AI and automation. You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand the value of AI Agents to a modern business.
  • Autonomous: Since this role is largely asynchronous, you must be a self-starter who can manage your own velocity without constant oversight.
  • Persistent: You understand that sales is a volume game and remain high-energy and focused across hundreds of weekly touchpoints.
